To order follow these simple steps-

1. Print the order form 
2. Post the order form and your document to us
3. We will complete your order and issue the apostille in 2 to 3 days

Send us a letter
If you do not have access to a printer then simply send us a covering letter with your document. Please remember to include your name, address and a contact telephone number when posting your document.

Payment
Payment can be made by UK cheque or UK postal order made payable to The Apostille Service. If you would like to pay by card please use the order form provided or add a note to ‘call for payment’. On receipt of your document one of our trained advisors will call you to take your card details.

If you have documents that need to be solicitor certified then you can email your documents to us. Simply scan your documents and email them to info@hagueapostille.co.uk with your name, address and a contact telephone number. We will confirm the fees and assist you with your order.
