We are issuing the apostille on all UK documents!

We are currently working with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) to legalise UK documents with the apostille. The FCO is currently only legalising documents that are submitted by registered apostille services. This allows us to support the FCO by handling emails, phone calls and online chats. We collate documents and submit them to the FCO every day to ease their workload during these very challenging times.
Hague Apostille is a recognised UK Apostille Service with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Gov.uk) for the legalisation of documents. We have priority access to the FCO as a registered business service. This ensures a swift service (subject to the FCO limits at this time). The public cannot access the FCO Legalisation Office directly until further notice but you can still send your documents to us for submission to the FCO for legalisation.
The Hague Apostille Service has implemented measures to protect our staff and customers while we provide the apostille services and embassy attestation. We thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding during these challenging times.
Apostille Orders
Normal apostille service is available. Most documents are being legalised in just 2 to 3 days.
Embassy Attestation
Embassy Attestation is operating for most countries, but some attestation services are taking a few days longer to process. We are happy to provide estimated processing times on request.
Unfortunately, the following countries’ embassies in the UK are currently NOT attesting documents.
- China
- Thailand
- Qatar
- Saudi
If you need a document attesting for one of these countries, you need to inform the person requesting the documents that the embassy is closed. When these embassies reopen the legalisation departments, we will begin submitting orders.

Office Visits to Hague Apostille
For the foreseeable future, we are asking that customers do not visit our office. We are happy to assist by phone, email, online chat, online orders and postal applications. It is essential we manage the offices safely to protect our customers and employees.
