Apostille Processing Times – We aim to complete apostille orders in approximately 2 to 3 working days, all being well. This is providing we have received payment and we do not have any queries with the documents provided. Apostille processing times can vary due to higher volumes of orders being processed at present. We are currently experiencing high volumes of orders. This may add an extra day or two to processing during July and August but we will do our best to reduce this.

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) have announced planned strike action in the near future. This will disrupt the services offered by Royal Mail as the members of the CWU working for Royal Mail are usually responsible for the collection, sorting and delivery of parcels and letters throughout the UK.

We provide estimated processing times on our website, and within email communications, based on experience and recent orders that we process. In general, these are a good guide to the expected time to legalise documents. If your order is time sensitive, we kindly advise that our processing times are approximate and not the essence of the contract when ordering a service.
