apostille service coronavirus covid-19 update

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and Updates

Updated: 07/04/2020 - APOSTILLE SERVICE OPEN!

We are issuing the apostille on all UK documents!

Following a brief period of suspended services the Hague Apostille Service resumed apostille services on Tuesday 7 April.

Hague Apostille is a recognised UK Apostille Service with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Gov.uk) for the legalisation of documents. We have priority access to the FCO as a registered business service. This enables us to provide a quick 1-2 day processing (subject to the FCO limits at this time)

The Hague Apostille Service has worked hard over the last few weeks to ensure we have procedures in place to maintain apostille services and embassy attestation for our customers and to protect the welfare of our employees during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Apostille Orders

Normal apostille service is available. There may be slight delays as the FCO is limiting the number of documents that can be legalised each day.

Embassy Attestation

Embassy Attestation is operating but some services are limited. Many embassies are operating reduced hours. The Saudi, Qatari and Chinese Embassies are currently NOT attesting documents.

We will be clearing all outstanding orders as soon as possible and dispatching these to customers. New embassy orders will be processed as quickly as possible but completion times will vary.

Contact us today for information on getting your document issued with the apostille.

Office Visits to Hague Apostille

For the foreseeable future, we are asking that customers do not visit our office. We are happy to assist by phone, email, online chat, online orders and postal applications. It is essential we manage the offices safely to protect our customers and employees.

Updates

If there is any change to the current situation we will update this page with the latest situation on processing orders. Please be assured that we have robust systems in place to manage any events and to ensure we can still support our customers during the current period.

Thank you for choosing our service.
