The Jersey apostille service is suspended during Covid-19 due to restrictions. 

Documents that originate in Jersey must be issued with a Jersey apostille. The normal UK apostille certificate cannot be attached to Jersey documents. This applies to all Jersey government documents (e.g. birth or marriage certificates) and documents that have been signed by a solicitor or notary public in Jersey. The normal UK apostille certificate cannot be attached to Jersey documents.

Documents that originate from the Isle of Man must be issued with an apostille certificate in the Isle of Man. They cannot be issued with a standard UK apostille from the FCO.

Any documents that have been witnessed or signed by a solicitor or notary public from the Isle of Man can only be issued with an Isle of Man apostille.

The Isle of Man apostille service takes approximately one week to complete. We do not provide a next day service for Isle of Man documents.

The Disclosure Scotland document is commonly provided as a background criminal record check. There are many different types of criminal record check and we can process all versions.
