There has been a temporary halt in Royal Mail sending documents overseas due to a technical error. We received this news on 11th January 2023.

Therefore if you have selected airmail as your outgoing option for an apostille order, please note there may be delays in it reaching you whilst Royal Mail resolve this issue.

According to their website, they are calling it an incident instead of an attack as they do not know what caused the issue.

We do have a secure, reliable courier option for overseas deliveries which has not been affected. If you wish to change your shipping method please call us during office hours or email us.

This will be monitored and our website will be updated when Royal Mail say airmail deliveries are back to normal.
