Please be advised that we are currently unable to assist with the Jersey Apostille.

Documents that originate in Jersey must be issued with a Jersey apostille. The normal UK apostille certificate cannot be attached to Jersey documents. This applies to all Jersey government documents (e.g. birth or marriage certificates) and documents that have been signed by a solicitor or notary public in Jersey. The normal UK apostille certificate cannot be attached to Jersey documents.

Our Jersey apostille service will make sure your document is attached with the right apostille certificate so that it can be used outside of the UK officially. We also provide embassy attestation for Jersey documents with many of the embassies in London.

Please ensure that any documents from Jersey are official government certificates or that a solicitor or notary public based in Jersey has signed the documents.

To order please send your document to us with a covering letter including your name, address and telephone number. Payment can be made by cheque or postal order to ‘The Apostille Service’. Alternatively you can add a note to ‘phone for payment’ by debit or credit card.
