How to order your e-apostille?
Option 1 - Order Online
Order your e-apostille online, pay by card and email your documents to us. This is the quickest service
Option 2 - Order by Email
Email your documents to us with your contact details and we will contact you with payment advice. This does take a day or two longer.

What we do for you!
The first thing we do is check that your document is suitable for the e-apostille certificate. It is essential that you check with the authority requesting the apostille that they will accept the electronic apostille as not everyone does.
Your document will then be prepared for the e-apostille service. A digital document will be prepared and electronically certified by one of our solicitors. Other documents must be original versions and copies are not acceptable. We will provide you with clear advice for your circumstances and assist you in obtaining correct documentation where necessary.
Having checked your documents and certified them as required we will submit them to the FCDO for the e-apostille.
We guarantee to have the e-apostille certificate issued or in the unlikely event that this is not possible a full refund is always provided.
Once the e-apostille has been added to your digital document you will be provided with the legalised electronic document.
It is important that you check the e-apostille will be accepted as we cannot refund this in the event a printed apostille is needed.
