Original or Copy?
Medical notes and medical documents need to be signed by a doctor that is registered with the General Medical Council. The apostille is then be issued to the original document to verify this signature.
The FCDO specify that they can process a solicitor certified copy of this document however this is not recommended and can cause issues when presenting the document overseas.
