Digital Nomad Visa for Spain – Apostille Services
After much anticipation, the Digital Nomad Visa has finally been introduced in Spain. This new type of visa is aimed at attracting ‘high-value’ professionals to the country by offering considerable tax advantages to entrepreneurs, workers, start-ups and investors alike.
on-EU nationals who intend to live in Spain whilst working remotely for non-Spanish companies can apply for this new type of visa. It is also available for self-employed freelancers with multiple international clients.
The aim of this is to encourage talented individuals to relocate to Spain, particularly those who operate in the digital and technological sectors. Such individuals will benefit from reduced taxes. Rather than paying the progressive rate which can reach up to 48% (Yes, 48%!) these digital nomads would pay a 24% tax of their income.
How can we Help?
One of the requirements for this visa application is a legalised and translated criminal record check.
UK nationals applying for this visa will usually need to obtain an ACRO criminal records check with a minimum validity of 90 days.
