We are open and making every effort to process all orders as quickly as possible. Our offices and staff are working normally, where possible, with social distancing measures at our offices as we work with the government to provide apostilles to vital documents. Customers are not permitted to enter our offices at this time but can hand deliver to our post box.
Many businesses in the UK are currently being affected by the current pandemic and the government guidance regarding self isolation. We are also affected by this occasionally, which means we are often working hard with limited staff and are under capacity. Your understanding during these challenging times is appreciated. We will do our very best to maintain processing times, but they may be extended by a day or two.
We are a registered apostille service provider with the FCDO and are working with them on a daily basis to obtain the apostille for UK documents.
Can We Still Obtain The Apostille?
Yes! It is business as usual and we can still obtain the apostille for UK documents. Usually this is completed in 1-2 working days and we will do our best to complete orders within this time. However, under the current circumstances, and with limited capacity in our office due to government restrictions, orders may take longer than usual. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. We are unable to guarantee processing times. Some apostille orders may take 3-4 working days at present.
Occasionally a document may be rejected by the FCO. The most common reason for this is when the signature of the legal official who has signed the document in question is not yet recognised by the FCO. When this is the case it is a temporary delay and usually involves the FCO contacting the legal official in question to verify their signature. When this does happen we will assist in any way we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Can We Still Assist with Embassy Attestation?
We can assist with the embassy attestation service. Usual processing times are 7-10 working days for most embassies but actual processing times may be longer under the current circumstances. We are unable to guarantee processing times at present.
